Smoked haddock potato bake

Description

Using potato makes a great alternative to a pie crust, this fish pie is absolutely delish.

Ingredients
250g
Portion of smoked haddock
12oz
Spinach
1lb
Potato

Sauce

1oz
Plain flour
½pint
Milk
2oz
Strong cheddar type cheese - grated
Method
1)
Peel, boil and mash potato.
2)
Steam smoked haddock on a plate over the potato's for ease.

Make sauce by adding the flour to milk in a pan and bring to a simmer stirring constantly. cook for about 5min then add cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

Layer the spinach in base of a baking dish, add fish to the sauce and layer on-top of spinach. finally layer potato on top, add extra grated cheese if desired and bake in oven for 20minutes at 180ºC.
